1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any trip, trek, or experience with Wonder Routes (WR), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance/full payment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to external factors (fuel, permits, etc.).
Full payment must be completed before the trip start date.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Trip Changes & Rescheduling
Wonder Routes reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips due to:

5. Participant Responsibility
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
Any misconduct or illegal activity will result in immediate removal without refund.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
6. Health & Fitness
Participants should ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
Wonder Routes is not liable for health-related issues during the trip.
7. Safety & Risks
Adventure activities involve inherent risks.
By joining, participants accept these risks voluntarily.
WR ensures proper safety measures but is not liable for unforeseen incidents.
8. Travel & Delays
WR is not responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic
Natural disasters
Transportation issues
Itineraries may be adjusted based on real-time conditions.
9. Environmental Responsibility
Participants must respect nature and local communities.
Littering and carrying plastic (where restricted) is strictly prohibited.
10. Use of Media
WR may use photos and videos taken during trips for marketing purposes.
Participants can inform in advance if they do not wish to be featured.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Wonder Routes is not liable for:
Loss, injury, or damage
Personal accidents
Third-party service failures
12. Force majeure
WR shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
